• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. Orders will not be filled on federal holidays including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
• Carrier Responsibility: We ship with USPS only. Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the carrier. We provide tracking for all orders.
• Lost/Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us via email at info@grassrootzorganics.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

All Sales Are Final
All sales are considered final once your order has been processed and shipped. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following reasons:
