However, if we mess up — wrong item, damaged goods, something’s off — please reach out within 7 days of delivery at INFO@GRASSROOTZORGANICS.COM. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. If it’s on us, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

We’re all about good vibes and fast shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) because we know you’re ready to get lifted, not left hanging.

Shipping Times:

• Once your order is packed and rolling, delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

• You’ll get tracking info from USPS as soon as your package ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to state and federal regulations, we currently only ship to states where THCA hemp products are compliant. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or internationally (yet).

It’s your responsibility to know your local laws before ordering.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
